Zark’s has now landed at Robinson’s Place Ermita. Though in the early stages of a soft opening and the space is short of a cubicle, the burger choices are aplenty! I am so hypnotized with the ways a burger can be served here I have no choice but to return…soon! Congratulations Zark’s!

Overall, the food is great. I especially love it when they have ongoing promos. We went here during this DAWGS Day event, where you actually get a free Dawg whenever you buy a Dawg meal. The hotdogs were cooked well and the spices on top matches the dogs. The bread is good too, not too toasted and not too saggy. Upong ordering, you get to choose your side and drinks. And they would hand out plastic gloves, in case you don't want to eat messy and have all the ketchup and mustard all over your fingers.. I gave Zark's another chance after a few years. Customer service is really good, they serve with a smile and quick to respond. The place is well lit and no weird smell, the resto is super clean! Now for the negative side, the food is not amazing. It's.. okay, that's why it's disappointing. For its price, it should almost be on par with Army Navy. However based on what we ordered earlier: 1. The drinks (lemonade and iced tea) is the same from the ones that's being sold in the streets. Too sweet and unnatural. The size is also very small. 2.
