This branch is surprisingly better than other branches that I've been to. The burger was tasty but it was a little dry. Their mac and cheese and sausage was okay too. Service was excellent, but I just don't like that they have limited payment options.
It's my first time to order a Zark's burger delivery from the Fisher Mall store to our house due to the pandemic but what a big disappointment. Their patty is tough like leather. It was also the same when my brother ordered take out. I won't order their burger again. So happy Champ is back.
Dined at fisher mall branch and there was this idiot waiter who refused to give us a bigger table despite having multiple vacant tables. We had a lot of orders and crammed on a single small table. Big face waiter was trying to be courteous but his obvious rudeness is surfacing. The skinny guy was more accommodating.
We tried the 14 pesos burger promo the taste of the burger was good as always. But apparently the staff was not nice siguro pagod na Sila at pasara na din yung mall
They didn’t apply the discount for both my PWD and Senior Citizen ID. Pricy for a mediocre tasting burger and bland fries. Never going back.
