The drinks are great and can even compete as those have name's already.,and the food are good also..I just feel a little disappointment about the service, because on my first time together with my friends, we waited like 30mins to get our order..I hope you all improve the next time we visit your shop..

This coffee shop can compete with others. The ambiance is really good as if you are in a coffee shop in a shopping center or a busy commercial district. The food and the drinks are also good. The place is Instagram worthy like the design and the furniture are great for taking photos. The only thing I can say as improvement is the parking space. The shop is along the highway BUT nonetheless I highly recommend this coffee shop.

Zenbucks cafe sure can exceed Starbucks and other cafe, when it comes to ambiance, drinks and food. However, if service? no. We ordered 4:47 pm, our order arrives 5:49 pm, waiting time is not understandable when you only ordered sandwiches and 2 drinks, considering we are the only one who hasn’t receive the order yet since the few customers that has been serve already in the cafe when we come in. The crews are also unprofessionals when they are discussing the cafe’s matter infront of us. Please don’t do that, customer’s want to relax, not to hear the cafe’s financial status.

My first time trying this café was a pleasant experience overall. The drinks, ambiance, and overall aesthetic were amazing. However, it was disappointing that the food took a long time to serve, and when it finally arrived, it was served one dish at a time. What really disappointed us was the quality of the food. While the nachos were reasonably priced, they lacked flavor, and the fries is undercooked and tasted sour, as if they were about to spoil.
