We had our dinner here and it was the worst. Ordered Grilled Chicken Skillet and it was bloody, and this was after waiting for more than 30mins after ordering. Their Customer service guy Rommel was the worst person I’ve ever dealt with sa isang restaurant. Extremely rude and did not have any remorse for the case of waiting time amd bloody chicken they served. The Manager couldn’t do anything else , they didn’t charge me for my food which was only necessary. The food isn’t worth for the price you pay. I emailed and reaches out on their IG. This cafe is perfect for those who want something healthy and is willing to splurge a bit for it. I was still somewhat full when I visited so I just opted for a Caesar salad wrap. I like how everything came together—the salad dressing, parmesan cheese, and especially the bacon bits. The serving size is just right for 1-2 persons. The ambiance inside was very relaxing and they have free wifi. I’ll go back to try their drinks and other food items:)

While looking for new cafe's to try. I saw this small coffee shop at the 3rd floor of SM Aura. Zig Cafe offers italian cuisine while you enjoy an iced dulce or hazelnut coffee. We enjoyed their Tuna Melt and Four Cheese Sandwich. I tried their Tomato Soup which is perfect for the cold weather. Definitely a nice hangout spot to work and dine with friends. You have options to sit inside or in the mall area tables. They don't have outlets though for those who would like to work in the cafe for long hours.

Chanced upon this restaurant inside SM Aura while looking for new restos to try. Good for thing we decided to have lunch here. The ambience is okay. The place is not crowded during our visit. Friendly staff and quick service. This restaurant serves pizza, risotto, wraps, salads, and more. Overall, it didn't disappoint. We will definitely be returning to try their other dishes.

Food was good, but the service needed much to be desired. The place is understaffed and it took some time before the waiters entertained us. They’re sorely inattentive and I had to call their attention many times. Waiter also mistook our simple order. Staff badly needs training and the place didn’t seem to have any manager.
