Dos Mestizos Restaurant

Dos Mestizos has always been our go-to when dining in Boracay. Great gambas, salpicao and baked oysters! Though throughout the years they have been inconsistent with their cooking and quality, there would be times where some of these dishes are slightly overcooked. It would be great if they were more precise in their paellas as sometimes it’s a bit too soggy and no crispy bottom! Notably in their calamares as well, which was heavily over-breaded and hard to chew. Despite the sporadic shortcomings of quality cooking recently, they truly never disappoint in their expertise of seasoning!
